SHIPPING POLICY

When items are in stock, orders with EXPEDITED or TWO-DAY SHIPPING ship SAME DAY (M-F), if ordered before 1 p.m. ET. (After 1 p.m., ships next business day). Orders with STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING (Free or Paid) ship on Mondays and Thursdays, if ordered before 1 p.m. ET. (After 1 p.m., ships following Monday or Thursday). Standard ground shipments typically arrive (not guaranteed) in 5-7 business days. For guaranteed arrival shipping options, please contact Support@G2MarineUSA.com.

​​RETURN POLICY​

We understand you might change your mind when you receive an item. You may return any of our products as long the return is postmarked within 30 days of purchase or within 15 days of product delivery, whichever comes last.

To be eligible for a refund (less a $25.00 processing fee), the product must not have any signs of use (scratches, dents, tears, etc.). Regardless of the condition, all return orders will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. If the returned product (including hardware) has signs of use, G2 Marine reserves the right to prorate wear-and-tear charges at its discretion.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. G2 Marine recommends purchasing insurance for the return shipment as the product remains the responsibility of the customer until G2 Marine receives the return shipment.

Refunds (less applicable fees and charges) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product. G2 Marine processes all refunds within 48 hours of completed inspection, but depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account. Expedited shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
